Schedules for a Day with God

Take me away with you-let us hurry! Let the king bring me into his chambers. We rejoice and delight in you ; we will praise your love more than wine. How right they are to adore you!

Song of Solomon 1:4

The following schedules are templates you might use to facilitate a day with God. These templates are real schedules that real people use for days of retreat. You are welcome to use these exact templates or to let them inspire ideas as you create your own schedule. Let your schedule match your season, personality, and way of connecting with God.

Note that personal or group schedules are easily adapatable and can be used personally or corporately. The most  significant difference is that groups need a prepared leader to facilitate. Groups also generally use fewer activities with a larger time allotment whereas an individual can often move through more exercises.

Scheduling can be as simple as setting up hour blocks and grabbing an abiding or worship resource for that hour!
